Grain Silos
Flat-bottom and hopper-bottom silos with temperature monitoring, aeration, and complete pre-cleaning, loading, unloading and operating systems — protecting grain value from harvest to processing.
Storage you can trust on
In Pakistan, post-harvest losses in traditional bag storage can reach up to 30% of the crop, due to high moisture, insects, birds, rodents and handling damage.
Our modern, latest-generation steel silo storage systems cut those losses to under 1%, turning saved grain directly into profit and food security.
We deliver complete silo projects: galvanised steel silos from 50 to 20,000 tonnes each, with intake pits, pre-cleaners, bucket elevators and chain conveyors, aeration fans, temperature cable monitoring, and loadout systems. Every project includes structural design for local wind and seismic conditions, and full civil engineering coordination.

Engineered in every detail
Galvanised Steel Construction
Z600-class high-tensile galvanised steel bodies engineered for a 30+ year service life.
Aeration Systems
Fan and duct systems maintain safe grain temperature and moisture in Pakistani climates.
Digital Temperature Monitoring
Multi-point cable sensors with software alerts detect hotspots before grain damage occurs.
Complete Handling Lines
Bucket elevators, chain and belt conveyors sized for fast intake and loadout.
Grain Cleaning & Weighing
Pre-cleaners, drum sieves and bulk weighers condition and account for every tonne.
Sweep Augers & Unloading
Gravity plus sweep-auger unloading empties flat-bottom silos safely and completely.
The numbers that matter
Storage Losses
Versus up to 30% in traditional bag storage.
Tonnes per Silo
Single-unit capacities for national-scale grain reserves.
Design Life
Heavy galvanising and engineered structures built to last.
Days Protection
Aeration and monitoring keep grain safe year-round.

Inside the projects

Typical silo configurations
Indicative flat-bottom models based on wheat at 0.78 t/m³. Every project is engineered to site conditions — wind, seismic and snow loads, grain type and your loading/unloading rates.
| Model | Diameter | Eave height | Capacity (wheat) | Type |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TG-F05 | 6.4 m | 11 m | ~500 t | Flat bottom |
| TG-F15 | 11.0 m | 14 m | ~1,500 t | Flat bottom |
| TG-F35 | 16.5 m | 17 m | ~3,500 t | Flat bottom |
| TG-F75 | 22.0 m | 20 m | ~7,500 t | Flat bottom |
| TG-F200 | 30.0 m | 25 m | ~20,000 t | Flat bottom |
| TG-H series | 3–9 m | — | 50–1,000 t | Hopper bottom (45°) |
Galvanised steel sidewalls (zinc coating to international standards), full aeration, digital temperature monitoring cables, roof and access ladders included. Final dimensions confirmed at engineering stage.
Complete scope, one contract
Alongside flat-bottom and hopper-bottom silos for wheat, rice, maize (corn), soybean, sunflower and canola, we supply the full grain-handling line: bucket elevators and elevator towers, chain and belt conveyors, intake pits, pre-cleaners and vibro grain separators — engineered, installed and commissioned as one turn-key contract, with projects delivered across Punjab, Sindh, KPK and Balochistan.
Frequently asked questions
Beyond cutting physical losses from ~30% to under 1%, silos eliminate recurring bag purchases, reduce labour dramatically, and allow fumigation and aeration that preserve grain grade — most projects pay back in 4–6 seasons.
Yes. Capacities are usually quoted on wheat, but the same silos store paddy, maize, canola and other free-flowing grains, with aeration designed for each crop's requirements.
Flat-bottom silos need engineered concrete ring foundations with aeration trenches, plus intake pit and elevator pits. We provide complete civil drawings and supervise the contractor's works.
Intake lines are sized to your truck arrival pattern — typically 100 to 300 tonnes per hour — so trucks are turned around in minutes during peak season.
