Most industrial projects in Pakistan fail in the gaps — between the machinery supplier, the civil contractor, the electrical vendor and the erection crew. The Grains was built to close those gaps. As a turn-key partner, we hold single-point responsibility for the entire plant: engineering, European machinery supply, civil coordination, erection, automation, commissioning and after-sales service.
The company is founded and led by Dr Mian Khalil Ahmad, who remains personally involved in every major project — from the first site survey to final commissioning. Clients deal directly with the principal, not a sales layer.
